digital product — no shipping

cform and guestdesk are software products delivered entirely online. no physical goods are manufactured, sold, or shipped. this policy exists to satisfy payment gateway requirements.

delivery

access to cform is granted immediately upon account creation. guest credits are added to your account instantly upon payment confirmation. the whatsapp daily digest add-on activates within 24 hours of subscription.

if you do not receive access after payment, email support@guestdesk.tech with your payment reference and we will resolve it within 1 business day.

returns

as a digital service with no physical component, returns are not applicable. for refunds on unused credits or subscriptions, see our cancellation and refund policy.

damaged or defective goods
