credits (1 credit = ₹1)

cform is billed in credits. a credit is consumed only when a guest submits their check-in — foreign guest C-Form filings cost 25 credits, indian guest QR check-ins cost 2 credits. unused credits do not expire. if you have not consumed any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days. once a credit has been consumed, it is non-refundable.

discount packs

bonus credits from discount packs (₹500 → 600, ₹1,000 → 1,250, ₹2,000 → 2,500) do not expire and carry over indefinitely. partial refunds are available on unused credits within 14 days of purchase. the refund amount equals unused paid credits multiplied by ₹1; bonus credits granted with the pack are not refundable in cash. after 14 days, credits are non-refundable but remain valid on your account with no expiry.

example: you purchased the ₹1,000 pack (1,000 paid + 250 bonus = 1,250 credits) and consumed 200. refund = 800 unused paid credits × ₹1 = ₹800.

whatsapp daily digest (₹99/month)

you may cancel the whatsapp digest add-on at any time from Settings. no cancellation fee applies. no refund is issued for the current billing month. the add-on stops at the end of the current billing period.

free credits

new accounts receive free credits to start, with no credit card required. no payment is taken for free credits and no refund is applicable.

how to request a refund

email billing@guestdesk.tech with the subject line "refund request" and include your registered account email and the number of unused credits. we will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.

disputes

if you are not satisfied with our decision, email us at billing@guestdesk.tech. unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in trivandrum, kerala, india.
