guestdesk and cform are operated by imperfection.tech. we are an independent third-party tool that files C-Form submissions to the official FRRO portal at indianfrro.gov.in. we are not affiliated with the Government of India, the Bureau of Immigration, or FRRO, and we never represent ourselves as such.

who is the legal filer

cform files under your hotel's existing FRRO host registration. your hotel remains the legal filer and is solely responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of filings under the Foreigners Act, 1946 and the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025. cform is a tool that assists you — it is not a substitute for your legal obligations.

your account and FRRO credentials

the chrome extension auto-fills the FRRO portal on your computer, after you log in yourself. your FRRO password never leaves your machine and is never transmitted to our servers. you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

pricing and payment

• free credits to start, no card required.
• credit-based: 1 credit = ₹1. foreign guest = 25 credits (covers arrival + departure C-Form). indian guest = 2 credits (QR ID check-in for the register).
• credits are consumed only when a guest submits their check-in — never when you send the link.
• discount packs: ₹500 → 600 credits, ₹1,000 → 1,250 credits, ₹2,000 → 2,500 credits. or top up any custom amount at ₹1 / credit. credits do not expire.
• add-ons (e.g. ₹99/mo whatsapp digest) renew monthly until cancelled.
• all fees are inclusive of applicable indian taxes unless stated otherwise.

acceptable use

you agree to use cform only for lawful filings on behalf of your own registered property. do not use the service to file for properties you do not operate, to submit knowingly false information, or to circumvent the FRRO portal in any way.

no warranty

the service is provided "as is". we work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the FRRO portal, third-party services, or our own systems. we are not liable for fines, penalties, or losses arising from missed filings; the legal obligation rests with your hotel.

termination

you may cancel anytime — no lock-in, no exit fees. on termination, we delete your account data after the FRRO-mandated retention window, unless you request earlier deletion in writing.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of india. disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of trivandrum, kerala.
